Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, our work comes with a 5 year no fault guarantee.
This warranty does not apply to night guards.
What is your remake policy?
In the event a remake is needed please return the old crown with a new impression.
If no crown is returned a $25.00 charge will apply.
Do you offer a prompt payment discount?
Yes, when payment made by check is received in our office by the 10th you will receive a 2% discount.
This does not apply to payment made by Visa or MasterCard.
Do you take custom shades?
Yes , patients are welcome to come to the lab for custom shade matching.
We use ClearMatch digital shade mapping software or you can email your digital photo to us.
What are your payment terms?
Open account terms are extended to most offices with appropriate credit references.
Invoices are sent with each case and a monthly statement is sent at the beginning of the month.
Terms are net 30 days from statement date; any balance past 30 days will be subject to industry standard 1.5% interest charge.
Is there a cost for shipping?
No, shipping is free both ways.
We will provide you with prepaid shipping labels.
